Breach of By-Laws Notifications (Breach Instance):

First Instance

• non-compliance to be documented and include photographic evidence where possible.
  • Resident is to be given a verbal reminder to comply with By-laws.
  • 24 Hours to Rectify

Second Instance

• non compliance will result in a written communication from the Site Manager cc’d to the Body Corporate Committee highlighting the issue is still not resolved and that compliance is politely requested within 48 Hours.

Third Instance

• non compliance will result in the issuance of a FORM 11from the Body Corporate Committee to the offender. A copy will also be issued to the managing agent in the case of a tenancy.
